This is a book written by Kehinde Adegbite. It contains 149  answers to 149 questions about a Will in Nigeria.

The book has six parts. Part one focuses on Wills and other means of passing inheritance.Part two deals with the witnesses in a Will.Part three is about the  Executors and Trustees.Part four is on the Probate process of proving a Will. Part five tells you  how to write your Will by yourself, if you have to,but it is better to consult a lawyer and finally part six provide you with a sample Will.

I recommend the book for both lawyers and non-lawyers though, the main purpose of the book is to make it easy for a non-lawyer to write his or her own will.
