ReplyDeleteI'm Giwa Ayodeji Femi,34 years old ,married with a 4years old son.
ReplyDeleteI hailed from alla- isin, under isin local government of kwara state,I'm a graduate of business administration from federal polytechnics offa kwara state.
I have been working with a Lebanese owned distributor company whose head office in ikeja,Lagos.
But my jurisdictions are (bauchi/gombe/jos) since 18th of November 2013 til 21st of march 2016 when i was sacked unlawfully.
I have been relocated 2 times to 2 different states(Bauchi-jos respectively) with no medical health scheme nor accommodation supports from the company, but never the less I didn't not allowed these to affect prompt discharge of my duties as the company’s sales executive and I have never been queried for any misconduct/negligence what so ever.
i was dedicated and committed to my job even when i have to move my wife and son up and down through the bomb blasts and unhealthy conditions.
for 2 years now my son has not complete his nursery 1 classes and like wise my wife couldn't get a stable job dues the movements because almost every time we are starting life at fresh in terms of accommodation and house hold properties dues to the nature of my job.
I report solely to my regional manager in kano.
Jos wasn't in my jurisdiction at first but My regional manager ask me to took over jos last year august 2015 from (gbenga Jimoh) who was handling sales in jos before and which He was moved to another location.
After the handing over of jos to me,conferred in me that the sum of #2,348,769 debt in one of the company’s dealer's account was actually owned by him and the dealer wasn't aware of the debt.
I asked if the regional manager is awared and he said yes..i confronted my regional manager and he confirmed it and he further explained how the debt aroused. .that gbenga was robbed of sum #3,500.000 some time ago when he was taking money to bank and that he has been paying back the money gradually.and that we should give him supports by covering for him till he will complete the payment.
Head office expected more sales from me after taking over jos..and which gbenga and tesleem were awared of the sales demand pressure from office but he couldn't meet up with clearing the outstanding until the head office got to notice that hamaz communication had been owning the company for like 5 month.
This actually got my country manager very angry and without a query or proper reconciliations he asked the company's HRM to terminate my appointment by month end.
On 18th of march I got an appointment termination letter from the HRM stating that my services will no longer be needed by the company from 21st of march 2016 and that I should submit all company’s properties to regional manager. and wish I did and HRM confirmed to have received them.
All efforts to access my entitlement was declined
Regards
Giwa Ayodeji Femi
